Order, Returns and Refunds Policy

Binding Orders

Every order placed with Vera Cruz Foods is binding. Exchange and return of delivered goods are generally not possible, except for deliveries that deviate from the order or are damaged in transit, as well as defective goods.

Delivery of Online Orders

Applicable only in Innsbruck-Land:

  • Orders placed online until Sunday 23:59 will be delivered on the following Monday.

  • Orders placed online from Monday 00:00 until Thursday 23:59, will be delivered on the following Friday

Defects and Returns

Defects must be complained about immediately upon receipt of the goods, otherwise, the goods are considered to be accepted by the customer as faultless. Hidden defects must be reported to The Vera Cruz Foods GmbH Customer Service immediately after discovery by email to contact@veracruzfoods.com.

Defective goods returns can be arranged directly with The Vera Cruz Foods customer service. As soon as your return has arrived in our warehouse and has been verified, we will refund the amount. Refunds vary depending on the method of payment and will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the return.

Credit card payments: The amount will be credited to your credit card account and you will see the booking on your next credit card statement.

Purchase on account: Your invoice will be reduced by the value of the returned item. You will then only pay for the item you kept. If the transfer has already been made, the amount will be credited to your bank account. For this we need your bank details (IBAN, BIC and account holder full name). As soon as we have this information, we will process the refund.
